In zijn recente project Forever – is composed of Nows stelt Van Vynckt vast dat ‘voor altijd’ niet iets is dat onbereikbaar ver in de toekomst ligt, maar dat bestaat uit een aaneenschakeling van momenten. In een tijd waarin onze aandachtsspanne alarmerend snel achteruitgaat en mensen krampachtig in het nu willen zijn, biedt Van Vynck een oplossing: een performance waarin de tijd uitdijt en de klanken blijven trillen – wie weet voor altijd.
