Remy van Kesteren (1989) speelt harp zoals je het nog nooit eerder hebt gehoord. Opgeleid als klassiek harpist sloeg Remy na zijn studies zijn eigen weg in. Hij tast de grenzen af van wat mogelijk is op de harp en integreert graag effectpedalen, loops en samples in zijn performance. Dit moderne optreden zal je verrassen en inspireren. Het zal je laten ontdekken wat ook mogelijk is op een harp.
Remy reist met zijn muziek de wereld rond. Oktober was hij nog te gast in de AB Club in Brussel, en nu kan je hem zien bij ons, in Gent. Een aanrader!
Remy van Kesteren (b. 1989) plays harp like you have never heard before. Trained as a classical harpist, Remy went his own way after his studies. He explores the boundaries of what is possible on the harp and likes to integrate effect pedals, loops and samples into his performance. This modern performance will surprise and inspire you. It will make you discover the possibilities of the harp.
