Het winnen van The Voice op dertienjarige leeftijd is zelden een voorbode van een glansrijke carrière, maar Giorgi Gigashvili bewijst hier echter het tegendeel. Niet tevreden met het kortstondige popsucces begon Giorgi zijn studies aan de Paliashvili Central Music School for Gifted Children en voltooide die met overweldigend succes. Sindsdien rijgt hij de internationale prijzen aan elkaar en werd een van de meest beloftevolle rijzende sterren van de klassieke muziek. Zijn debuutalbum “Meeting My Shadow” toonde meteen het indrukwekkende kleurenpalet dat de man in huis heeft; van Scarlatti naar Beethoven, van Scriabin naar Messiaen, en dat alles in één vloeiende beweging. Since then, he has been stringing together international awards and became one of classical music’s most promising rising stars.
