Het Ghent Advanced Master Ensemble (GAME) onderzoekt steeds de grenzen van de hedendaagse klassieke muziek. Op deze extra concertavond fileert deze nieuwe generatie klankonderzoekers het muzikale spectrum tot op het bot. Verwacht je aan gedeconstrueerde violen, een saxofonist zonder instrument, experimenten met geluidsgolven, reflectie en poëzie; een mathematisch statement en een zoektocht naar klank, materiaal, tijd, elektronica en vooral een berg intensiteit.
The Ghent Advanced Master Ensemble (GAME) is always exploring the boundaries of contemporary classical music. On this extra concert evening, this new generation of sound researchers fillets the musical spectrum to the bone. Expect deconstructed violins, a saxophonist without an instrument, experiments with sound waves, reflection and poetry; a mathematical statement and a quest for sound, material, time, electronics and, above all, a mountain of intensity.
