Ziedaar, een dubbele affiche met twee rabouten van GAME, het Ghent Advanced Master Ensemble. Elliot Harrison en Sjors van der Mark bouwen hun concert op met enkele solo’s uit de erg recente muziekgeschiedenis aaneengerijgd met enkele improvisaties in duo. Onder andere het imposante Grab It! van Jacob ter Veldhuis staat aangekondigd alsook Christian Bock’s met de Griffin Poetry Prize bekroonde gedicht Eunoia.
Percussionist Elliott Harrison (Canada) is de veelzijdigheid zelve. Klassieke orkestmuziek of hedendaagse kamermuziek: no problemo. Maar ook van jazz, rock, funk, muziektheater, body percussion en spoken word heeft de kerel kaas gegeten. Dat worden dus pièces en forme de strange fruit.
Gitarist Sjors van der Mark (Nederland) zoekt graag de grenzen op. Die van hemzelf, de muziek en zijn instrument. Op zowel klassieke als elektrische gitaar surft hij de sonorische horizon af.
